Littile change in physical properties over a wide temperatures span...a relatively flat viscosity temperature slope and serviceabillity from 40 to over 4000 f (-40 to 2040c).
Excellent water repellency.
Good dielectric properties over a wide range of temperature and frequencies.
Low surface tension -readily wets clean surface to impart water repellency and release characteristics.
Low-toxicity-tests have established that this fluid is essentially non-toxic and non--irritating (although temporary discomfort may result if rubbed into the eye)
SILICONE OIL fluid also exhibits oxidation resistance, very low vapour pressures, and high flash point. it is insoluble in organic liquids other than active solvents and is non-greasy, non-rancidifying and vertually odouraless.
In jet dyeing machine or for similar processes Silicone Defoamer is recommended in the concentration range of 0.1 to 0.2 gms/litre.
USES

AS A RELEASE MATERIAL
Used along or as part of a compounded formula, SILICONE OIL fluid provides an odourises non- toxic, non-carbonizing mould release for rubber, plastics and metal die castings.
AS A FOAM PREVENTIVE
Extremely small amounts of the fluid effectively control foam in my procession.. operations, especially in non-aqueoussystems.
AS A MECHANICAL OIL
Excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, therms and chemical stability shear breakdown resistance, compressibility, and rubber compatibility make SILICONE OIL fluid outstanding for machanical/hydraulic uses. Typical uses include hydraulic stabilizers, damping medium.

MR 35 is a Mould Release agent for Rubber and Plastic Industries. In Rubber Industries like Tyres, Tubes, Fan Belts , Hoses, Gaskets and many other rubber parts, MR 35 acts as an efficient and economical release, and shining Agent.
Properties:
- MR 30/35 do not gum, or form carbonaceous deposits that build up on process equipment to cause expensive product rejection.
- Release is complete, clean and surface finishes are blemish free and sharp in details.
- Complicated and deep cavity moulds are unloaded more easily with fewer rejects.
- It improves safety and working conditions and acts an antistick material and eliminates need for talc mica and other dusting powders.
- It is even non- volatile and oxidation resistant.

Method of Applications:
- Before applying MR 30/ MR 35 the mould should be completely wetted which assures a continues, stable parting film and helps minimize cost per mouldings, Thus it eliminates sticking in extruders, moulds, calendars and other equipment throughout the rubber processing operation. The technique for applying MR 30/ SM / Mr 35 varies because of difference in production equipments. MR 30/ MR 35 may be sprayed automatically of applied manually by swabbing, wiping, dipping or hand spraying.
