Silkot ZI 800 is a highly effective corrosion protection spray composed of a mixture of micronized zinc and aluminum metal powder. The product provides protection for all polished metal surfaces and forms an adhesive and fast drying permanent primer for all types of paint.

It is also suitable as a primer for bonded lubricants. The outstanding corrosion protection characteristics show up especially in electro-chemical (cathodic) corrosion protection, which prevents damages, e.g., scratched surface from rusting after treatment.

In an open-air weather test, ZI 800 shows no signs of rust even after several months.
